Directions to our Office:

From New York City, Queens, and Brooklyn - take the LIE east to Lakeville Road (exit #33), follow the service road to the second traffic light and make a left onto Community Drive.

From Long Island - take Northern State Pkwy to New Hyde Park Road (exit #26N) going North. The road ends shortly and you must turn left onto the west-bound LIE service road. Or take the LIE to Lakeville Road (exit #33). Either way, make a right turn at the first light onto Community drive.

Once on Community Drive - continue past Northern Boulevard. Here the road changes name and becomes East Shore Road. We are just past the fourth traffic light, located on your left in a gray elevated building. Patient parking is at the far end, under the building. NOTE: The first portion of East Shore Road is in Manhasset. As you pass under the train trestle you enter Great Neck and the numbers change. You will pass a medical building #333 (in Manhasset) before you reach us at #233.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

The time we schedule together is just for you and your dental needs. We appreciate the importance of your time, and are usually on schedule with appointments. Your appointment will allow appropriate time for the procedures scheduled and is just for you, we do not double book.

EMERGENCIES & AFTER HOURS

During office hours, emergencies are seen at varying times, related to scheduled work. After hours, when you call the office with an emergency, you can be connected directly to Dr. Fischman through our answering service

ABOUT FINANCES

Due to the personalized nature of our practice, we do not participate in any insurance programs. For routine care, payment is expected at the time of treatment. We accept most major credit cards in addition to checks or cash. We can also arrange financing for your treatment. Our staff will help you maximize the insurance reimbursement you receive from your company.

For patients having rehabilitative procedures related to medical treatment (such as oral cancer surgery), we will work with the medical insurance companies to limit the amount that must be paid by the patient. Medicare patients are responsible for their co-payments.
